We know you're excited to get your order, so we offer the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method during checkout.

We use a variety of different methods in order to get your order to you as fast as possible! We work with the following shipping companies: Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders at no charge. To make sure your order gets to you safely, any orders valued $100 or more and all international orders (outside of the US or Canada) have a signature required upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you can find this tracking information in your email or under your account.

The price of shipping depends on the where you're located and the value of your order! Select the country you're shipping to below to check out the rates and estimated shipping times.

NOTE: Due to a large volume of fraudulent orders, we unfortunately are unable to offer shipping to Mexico, India, or Colombia at this time. Please check back at a later date for updates.

Returns

At SoccerCards.ca, we take our business very seriously and only work with manufacturers and suppliers that produce high and consistent quality products that work well for us and our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products and that's why if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund, minus shipping charges. We always do our best to keep our customers happy with our return policy.

You can return a product within 60 days from the date you purchased it. For pre-orders, you have 60 days from receiving your order. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us by email or phone. Please include your order number, order details, and contact information.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us. You can either have the item replaced or be issued a full refund (minus shipping charges) depending on your preference and product availability.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product, either for the same item or a different size, please contact us. We'll either issue you a refund and have you place a new order, or simply ship you out a new product or size (depending on product availability).

Exceptions

Some exceptions to our return policy include:

1. Any product that was delivered over 60 days ago must be unwashed and unworn to be considered for return or refund.

2. Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please work with the gift giver if you need to return any items.

3. Any product that has been heavily used or misused, resulting in a damaged or unusable product.

4. Any product that has been washed and worn.
